Mr. Lövqvist is the founder and President of Interim Management International AB. He has worked in Executive Search for more than 25 years, Senior Partner in SIMS Ward Howell and Transearch where he served as Managing Partner.

Mr. Lövqvist has been one of the pioneers in interim management in Sweden and provided this services since 1989. He has extensive experience in the successful management of Industry and Consultant businesses in domestic and international markets. In his earlier career Jan worked for the University of Uppsala and held Finance, HR and Personnel directorships in the Industry sector involving residential periods in Gävle, Sandviken, Copenhagen and Madrid for the SANDVIK Group and Korsnäs Forest Industry Group.
